ICTPI is formed to unite the tax practitioners of India into a premier troupe of chartered tax practitioners. It aims to confer uniform qualification & membership that is recognized in respective statutes, to protect the interest of its members and fraternity, and to become value-added professionals in nation-building. Institute is a body of tax practitioners formed to create a profession of chartered tax practitioners & to protect its members and promote its objects. The institute functions as a membership organization registered under section 8 of the companies act 2013 & accordingly, it has its own rules and regulations.
